ROSEMONT, Ill. – Wynnchurch Capital, LP (“Wynnchurch”), a leading mid-market private equity firm, today announced the sale of Critical Process Systems Group (“CPS”) to Exyte Group (“Exyte”) , a world leader in the design, engineering and delivery of high-tech facilities.
Based in Boise, Idaho, CPS is a leading provider of critical process solutions for high-demand industries and applications, including the semiconductor, biopharmaceutical, life science and wastewater markets.
