Perennial Garden Design Erik James Olsen This design created spatial harmony between three components: the architectural style of the home, the open area adjacent to the house, and the large existing trees. Native and non-native plantings were used to create a dense and highly stylized woodland ground layer. The crushed stone paths were intended to be contemplative and to organize the movement through the large garden. |
