This homeowner vacations every year in Bali, and wanted to bring an ‘Eastern’ style to her traditional home. This modified traditional Balinese garden is an oasis of tropical color and foliage, aromatic gardens, and an eastern motif. The design juxtaposes strict formal lines and shapes with freeform movement and informality.
