The designer used brick pavers and segmental retaining walls to create a patio off the kitchen that could be used as an outdoor entertainment room. The design incorporated these hardscape elements around the rear of the home to offer improved access from the basement. Planting spaces were incorporated throughout the design for annuals and perennials.
