Hightlights of this project include several distinct and unique spaces including upper side patio, lower patio, lower casual sitting garden, fire pit patio with built-in border seating, and open lawn area for games. The upper patio is easily accessible from the kitchen and provides an outside dining area for the family, while the lower patio area is more for entertaining. The fire-pit is made of two-tiered limestone boulders and is surrounded by perimeter trees that provide needed screening from the neighbors.
