This mixed tenant apartment complex needed a well engineered, well installed product to ensure that the operating staff would be able to properly utilize the system. To accomplish this, each building has its own complete irrigation system with separate plumbing and control systems including hard wired rain sensors. This project not only utilizes typical turf irrigation heads, but also makes generous use of subsurface drip pipe in the foundation plantings and various site planting beds.
