Azets promotes 30 employees at his Scottish company
Accounting firm Azets has promoted 30 employees at its Scottish company, with a trio being appointed to managerial positions.
The firm has promoted James Fennessey to restructuring partner, and Blair Milne, a restructuring partner, has been appointed to the management team.
He also promoted Fiona Robertson to director of corporate finance. She has experience leading acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, fundraising, multinationals, private equity and banks.
Fennessey also has experience in developing solutions for companies in financial difficulty and in advising on all forms of solvent and insolvent proceedings.
He has worked in the management of restructuring and insolvency cases in the commercial, public and tertiary sectors.
Milne has a great deal of experience handling many high profile cases, including the recent administration of the Cairngorm Mountain Railway.
He has expertise in issues in the construction, hospitality and leisure sectors and is an expert in debt management and restructuring solutions for businesses and individuals.
As a member of the management team for Scotland, he will help develop Azets’ range of restructuring and insolvency services.
The company has also promoted 30 employees across Scotland, including 6 senior executives and 7 managers.
